General Return Conditions
Return policy
At Darsila, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a hassle-free return policy, subject to the following conditions:
1. Eligibility
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
- Items such as perishable goods, intimate or sanitary items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases cannot be returned.
2. Deadline
- You have 30 days from the delivery date to make a return.
- After this period, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
3. Return procedure
- To make a return, please contact our customer service at contact.darsila@gmail.com to request a return authorization.
- Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.
4. Return shipping
- Shipping costs for returning the item are your responsibility. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
5. Reimbursement
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days, depending on your payment processor's policies.
- And if you order and before receiving your order you ask for a refund, charges will be deducted from your amount.
6. Exchange of items
- If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color or style, please contact our customer service to arrange the exchange. Please note that exchanges are subject to availability.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue. We may request photographic evidence of the damage or defect.
8. Non-returnable items
- Certain types of items cannot be returned, including gift cards and downloadable software.
